Pobyt stały w Norwegii - jakie formalności należy załatwić?

Chcąc podjąć pracę w Norwegii często zapominamy, że nie jest to kraj należący do Unii Europejskiej przez co przebywanie na jego terenie dłuższy okres czasu wymaga stosownych pozwoleń. Aby w pełni legalnie przebywać na terenie Norwegii więcej niż 3 miesiące będziemy zmuszeni, w odróżnieniu od krajów należących do UE tj. Niemcy, uzyskać pozwolenie na pobyt stały.
Jak wspominaliśmy we wstępie 3 miesięczna wizyta turystyczna nie wymaga od osób legitymujących się polskim obywatelstwem pozwolenia, gdyż należymy do grupy krajów EU/EOG Możemy w takim wypadku bez obaw ruszać w wakacyjną podróż po wszelkich zakątkach norweskiej ziemi. Problemy pojawiają się, gdy chcemy dołączyć do męża pracującego w Norwegii lub gdy sami chcemy rozpocząć pracę w tym kraju.
Poszczególne etapy rejestracji pobytu stałego w Norwegii
Pobyt wymagający rejestracji w norweskich urzędach możemy podzielić na tymczasowy do 6 miesięcy i stały wynoszący ponad 6 miesięcy
W przypadku chęci podjęcia pracy swoją podróż rozpoczynamy od Skatteetaten, czyli Urzędu Podatkowego. W urzędzie tym będziemy się ubiegać o kartę podatkową, zameldowanie/ flyttemelding oraz norweski numer identyfikacyjny. W zależności od czasu pobytu i miejsca meldunku będzie to D-nummer przy rejestracji tymczasowej i fødselsnummer lub personnummer przy rejestracji pobytu stałego na terenie Norwegii. Jeżeli jednak jesteśmy zameldowani w Polsce i nie chcemy meldować się w skandynawii, gdyż będziemy przebywać na terenie Norwegii nie dłużej niż 6 miesięcy w roku to D-nummer jest odpowiednim numerem identyfikacyjnym.
Kolejnym etapem jest wizyta na stronie internetowej UDI, czyli Urzędu ds. Cudzoziemców, gdzie wypełniamy wniosek i zaznaczamy, w którym komisariacie chcemy potwierdzić swoje dane. Wybieramy się tam z dowodem osobistym lub paszportem oraz zbiorem dokumentacji poświadczającej powód chęci pobytu w Norwegii (np. umowa o pracę czy zaświadczenie o podjętych studiach).
Jeżeli wszystko pójdzie po naszej myśli to w przeciągu 2 tygodni powinniśmy otrzymać wszystkie wymagane dokumenty i możemy cieszyć się z tymczasowego lub stałego pobytu. Warto również pamiętać, że chcąc zameldować się w Oslo, Bergen, Kirkenes lub Stavanger wszystkie powyższe czynności możemy zrealizować w jednym miejscu - SUA, czyli Centrum Obsługi Pracowników Zagranicznych.
